Its exhibition scale, exhibit quality and management level are among the few in Asia. Exhibitors at the last session gathered from 63 countries and regions and set up 78 national-level regional pavilions, covering mainstream global food and catering producing countries such as Mainland China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Japan, Spain, France, Malaysia, and the United Arab Emirates. The exhibition attracted more than 71,273 visitors during the four days, with overseas buyers accounting for 33.62%, radiating to distributors in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Australia, Europe and the United States.
